All stone walls on the golf course have been determined to be integral parts of the course and are not immovable obstructions. Play the ball as it lies or take an un-playable lie with penalty. These stone walls are located but not limited to, along the left side of Hole 2, the stone wall that separates 12, 15, & 16, and the right of hole 16.
For hole 10, if a ball comes to rest between the greenside curbing (blue line) and white stakes, a free lift is permitted but the ball must be dropped in a designated drop area. If a ball comes to rest between the white stakes and the Clark Lane (includes property across the street) the ball must be dropped in a designated drop area with a one stroke penalty. This rule is for GHMA events and may defer from what is written on the Grassy Hill scorecard. This rule will be posted on bulletin board outside the pro-shop.
Relief may be obtained from concrete, blacktop, gravel, and mulch cart paths under the following conditions: areas adjacent to cart paths if the lie, stance, or swing is affected by loose gravel, areas worn by cart traffic, areas not healed by construction or washed out by weather. Also includes flower beds and landscaped areas enclosed by cart paths.
